Biography
Ragin’ Ratto was a former boxer who was involved in Verner Getty's schemes. He was present during the murder of Harry Pond, though not himself directly involved.

Burly and squat, round-faced with curly hair, a scum of whiskers, and a nose that looked like it had been flattened with a hammer.
