Located three miles northeast of Garibaldi, Oregon, Shibuya Farm is the family home of Jonah Shibuya's family. Originally owned by his immigrant grandfather, In 1920 it was deeded to Jonah in trust in anticipation of the passage of the Oregon Alien Land Law. After his father died, Jonah took over full-time management of the farm, growing alfalfa for sale to other farmer and vegetables for sale to local groceries and at his own farm stand.
