Oceanside is a location in the Eden Pond Series.
Details
Located south of Cape Meares on the Oregon Coast, Oceanside is a small resort town. During World War II, the U.S. Army [1] used the town as a base for an Army Corps of Engineers squad and elements of the 104th Cavalry Regiment, which performed various defense duties on the Oregon coast during the war.
The body of Harry Pond was found on Short Beach north of the small town.
